Mail, Illustration Friday

If you don't already have too much on your plate this week, then let me "send" you over to They Draw and Cook, where Nate and Salli, along with the FN Dish are hosting an illustrated holiday recipe exchange.

For a tropical twist on a cookie classic, I submitted my recipe for "Coconut Snowballs." Bite sized, buttery coconut shortbread dusted with powdered sugar might be the next best thing to being wrapped, stamped and mailed to the tropics for Christmas!

Hope you have time to bake a batch- Enjoy!

  7. I love this! Your snowman made me break into a big smile when I saw him. Such a happy guy :) I think I'll wander off to they draw and cook and see what people are making for the holidays. Not that I'm actually going to cook anything, but I can pretend.

What it's cold there? Not possible. I think it's about 38 degrees here, we bare all walking around in shorts :)
