For a tropical twist on a cookie classic, I submitted my recipe for "Coconut Snowballs." Bite sized, buttery coconut shortbread dusted with powdered sugar might be the next best thing to being wrapped, stamped and mailed to the tropics for Christmas!

ReplyDeleteYummy recipe Michele, I presume what you call powdered sugar is what us Brits call icing sugar..?? I love the language differences, such fun!!Now your snowman is tropical ours here are real, the UK is still gripped in an artic hold with more snow coming...brrr.
